Terms of service

SoftSpan BD is an individual business owned and run by Sheikh Atiqur Rahman in Bangladesh. It is not a registered company. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Sheikh Atiqur Rahman, trading as SoftSpan BD.

You need an account to buy, so that every order, download and subscription belongs to you. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use the site.

We sell our own services, our own digital products and our own membership plans. Through bKash and Nagad only, we also apply upgrades to accounts you already own and sell official gift-card codes.

We never sell accounts, logins, or shared or pooled subscriptions, and we will never ask for your password to another service.

Prices are shown in taka before you pay. The price on your order page at the time you order is the price you pay.

Card payments are processed by our checkout provider. We never see or store your card number.

For bKash and Nagad, use Send Money to the personal number shown on your order page, then submit the transaction ID (TrxID). Your order counts as paid only after we have checked the TrxID against our wallet.

The code LAUNCH50 gives 50% off the full price of your first order, applied upfront. It is limited to our first 20 customers once the store opens, and to one use per account.

It applies to our services, digital products and membership plans. It does not apply to official gift cards or to upgrades on your own account. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer.

Digital products and gift-card codes are delivered to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Services usually take 1–3 working days from the time your payment is confirmed and we have everything we need from you. If something will take longer, we will tell you before it does.

You can follow every order from your account or with Track order.

When you buy a digital product, you may use it for your own work and your own business. You may not resell it, share it publicly or pass it off as your own product.

Some services involve products made by other companies, such as an AI tool or a gift card. Those products are governed by their owners' own terms. Naming them does not mean we are affiliated with, or endorsed by, their owners.

Do not use the site to break the law, to commit fraud, to interfere with the site or other customers, or to file a payment dispute for an order you received. We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, when we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

We will provide what you ordered with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If we disagree about something, please contact us first. Most problems can be settled with a message.
